ONCE AGRICULTURE
Orzano is a small village halfway betweenUdine Andcivil it is an area that has always been suited to agriculture, tooSt. Louis Scrosoppi, decided to buy a farmhouse there in 1843, to provide support and food for the house in Udine and to be a place of physical and spiritual recovery for nuns and girls.
Father Luigi particularly loved Orzano, he often went there and also wanted to be buried there.
We have decided to bring directly to your table not only our products but also the typical traditions of our family and our region, however combining a pinch of innovation.
So here is that the generations are intertwined
to create something unique.
We cultivate the land, as in the past, without the use of chemical products and we raise our animals extensively with love, always attentive to their well-being.Our vegetables and our meats are locally sourced, lOur cuisine is simple but accurate.
We do it this way because we were taught and we pass down our traditions and teachings from generation to generation.
